Josh is Chief Creative Officer of BBC Studios Comedy and BBC Studios Fiction, overseeing a slate of multi-award-winning programmes including Good Omens, Inside No. 9, Trying and Time. Previously Josh worked as commissioning editor at Sky where he was Executive Producer on the BAFTA award-winning Sally4Ever, Breeders and Two Weeks To Live. Josh’s producer credits include Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Crashing, Timewasters, and Cockroaches.

Sarah is Head of Business and Legal Affairs for BBC Studios Comedy & BBC Studios Fiction, advising across the commercial and legal sides of development and production. Previously, Sarah was Commercial Director of Baby Cow Productions, responsible for negotiating deals across their film and television slate (Changing Ends, The Ballad of Wallis Island), and before that Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Punchdrunk (Sleep No More, The Third Day).

Steven is an Executive Producer based in Scotland, managing a varied slate across the UK. Recent shows include Here We Go, Two Doors Down, Mammoth and Mrs Brown’s Boys. Steven is also an Olivier Award nominated theatre writer and has written many comedies that are performed regularly all around the world.

Ben is Head of Development in Comedy. He story produced two series of the BAFTA-winning Black Ops and recently produced Zoners, a comedy short for the BBC. He also works on a range of drama projects with BBC Studios Fiction. Before joining BBC Studios, he script edited This Is Going to Hurt for SISTER/BBC and worked at Tiger Aspect Drama and Clerkenwell Films.

Jess is a Senior Development Producer at BBC Studios Fiction & Comedy, building a distinctive slate of high-end TV projects. She previously headed up TV and Film development at Ish producer Home Team Content, and before that lead script edited Landscapers (HBO & Sky) and Giri / Haji (Netflix & BBC Two) for SISTER.”

Lucy is a development producer at BBC Studios, working across comedy & drama projects on the development slate, and script editing on productions such as Break Clause (Channel 4) and Black Ops (BBC One). Prior to this, Lucy scripted edited three series of Sex Education for Netflix and Eleven, and was a development executive at Eleventh Hour Films. Lucy started her career as an agent’s assistant at Avalon, before moving to the commissioning team at UKTV.

Pelumi is a Development Producer for BBC Studios Comedy & BBC Studios Fiction. Previously, Pelumi script-edited Prodigies for Apple, Coldwater for ITV, and Better for BBC1, and worked across varied film and TV slates as a Development Executive for Element Pictures and SISTER.

Jill is an experienced Development Manager working across Comedy and Drama at BBC Studios. She oversees the full development process, including managing development slates, budgets, and spend, sourcing IP, generating original programme ideas, and crafting compelling, high-impact pitch materials.

Stepan is the Development Assistant at BBC Studios Comedy, offering editorial and creative support across a range of projects in development, as well as generating and developing new ideas from the ground up. Before coming to BBC Studios, Stepan worked in theatre as an assistant director, including on the Olivier-nominated Till the Stars Come Down at the National Theatre.

Eirwen is a Production Executive at BBC Studios Comedy, making and delivering titles including Good Omens, Inside No 9, Death Valley, Mandy – and, in previous years -- Psychoville, and The Wrong Mans. Prior to becoming a Production Executive she worked in production teams gaining extensive experience in practically every production role, including a number of years as a Line Producer.

Poppy is a Junior Production Manager in the BBC Studios Comedy Team. She joined the team in 2020 from the Documentary unit where she worked as a Business Coordinator. Poppy made the move into Production and has spent the past few years enjoying working on shows such as Mandy, Black Ops, Here We Go and Mammoth.

Deborah is the Production Coordinator within our Scotland department. Having worked within the department since 2018, she has been part of the teams that have delivered new comedies including Shedites, Cable Tied and Queen of the New Year, plus award-winning shows such as Two Doors Down and Mrs Brown’s Boys.

Katie is a Senior Business and Legal Affairs Manager at BBC Studios working across the Comedy and Fiction slates, advising on all aspects of business affairs during development and production. She previously worked on the latest Doctor Who series alongside supporting on the development slate for River Pictures and BBC Studios label, Lookout Point. Prior to BBC Studios, Katie worked at Gaumont, where she worked across their UK scripted television and film slate (including The Wives for Channel 5) and at Warner Bros. Discovery across their unscripted content.

Eamonn is a Business & Legal Affairs Manager and has provided lead advice across a variety of BBC Studios productions, including Good Omens, Death Valley, Break Clause, Mammoth and A Whole Lifetime with Jamie Demetriou, as well as a number of development projects.

Ronan is a Senior Legal & Business Affairs Executive at BBC Studios Comedy and Fiction. He began his career in 2015 at talent agency Curtis Brown before moving over to Baby Cow Productions in 2023 working across productions including Alan Carr’s Changing Ends (ITV), How Are You? It’s Alan (Partridge) (BBC) and Brian & Maggie (C4).

She previously worked in BBC Studios Drama on continuing dramas including Doctor Who, Casualty and Eastenders.

Beverly is the Business Coordinator at BBC Studios Comedy, overseeing Mandatory Training, Albert Certification and archives for the department. Previously Beverly worked in Talent and as a Production Coordinator with Radio Comedy and Radio Drama on award winning productions including Mark Steel’s in Town, Conversations from a Long Marriage, The Secret World and The Archers.
